The Planning Portal is the UK Government's online planning and building regulations resource for England and Wales. You can use it to learn about planning and building regulations, make a planning application, appeal against a decision and research government policy.
The Planning Inspectorate process planning and enforcement appeals and holding examinations into development plan documents. They also deal with a wide variety of other planning related casework including listed building consent appeals and advertisement appeals.
